The Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas has announced the appointment of attorney T. Matthew "Matt" Leckman as plaintiffs' liaison counsel, along with Rosemary Pinto, Esq. (Feldman & Pinto) for the Philadelphia mass tort program In re Risperdal.
Through the joint venture Littlepage Booth Leckman (LBL), Matt Leckman and his partners Zoe Littlepage and Rainey Booth represent young men who took Risperdal and developed gynecomastia (male breast growth) as a result. A number of Risperdal cases have gone to trial in Philadelphia over the last few years, with notable landmark wins in cases represented by Kline & Specter and Arnold & Itkin.
The appointment of Mr. Leckman and Ms. Pinto as new liaison counsel comes on the heels of a mass settlement of many of the cases in the Risperdal program. LBL will take the next three cases to trials in Philadelphia, with settings in September, October and December 2022.
