Today, FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb, M.D. issued a statement announcing new proposed FDA initiatives to combat what the agency considers to be an epidemic of underage use of electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS), more commonly referred to as "e-cigarettes."
